The shareholders’ roster of a company shall be assigned with serial numbers and shall contain the following particulars: "1. The name or title and the domicile or residence of the shareholders; "2. The number of shares held by each shareholder; and the serial number(s) of share certificate(s), if issued, by that shareholder; "3. The date of issuance of the share certificates; and "4. The words describing the type of special shares, if special shares are issued. "Where computerized operation or machine processing operation is used in the company, then the information as required in the preceding Paragraph may be annexed to the shareholders’ roster with relevant supplemental tables.
