The broker is bound to accurately to each party report the circumstances of the proposed transaction, so far as he knows them. He shall not act as intermediary for a person who is notoriously insolvent or whom he knows to have no capacity to enter into the proposed contract. "A business broker has duty of investigation about the circumstances of the proposed transaction and the solvency or capacity of each party to enter into the proposed contract.
