The broker is bound, if so instructed by one of the parties, not to disclose the name of such party or of such party's firm to the other party in the contract. "When the broker does not disclose to one of the parties the name of the other party or of the other party's firm, he is personally liable for the performance of the obligations of such other party resulting from the contract and he has authority to receive prestations on behalf on such party.
